About
No restaurants, no boutiques, no online stores. Construction and the trades around it.
Contractors rarely have a lead problem. People are already looking them up. The jobs go missing between that moment and the handshake.
Usually in one of two places. The site answers the wrong question, or the phone rings while you're working and nobody picks up. Under 3% of those callers leave a voicemail. You never see them in any report, because they never became a lead.
Finance, not design school. A website is a cost that either returns more than it took or doesn't, and the way to tell is close rate against job value.
So our first questions sound like underwriting. What does a job pay you. How many quotes become work. What does a lead cost you today. If the numbers say it isn't worth doing, we say so.
Custom home builders. Remodelers, kitchen and bath. Roofing, concrete, electrical, HVAC, plumbing. Commercial contractors and the trades around them.
The job is expensive, the customer looks you up first, and the owner is usually holding a tool rather than a phone.
